Christine

RVT

Veterinary Technician

Christine has been working in the animal medicine field since June 2004. She started in GP as a receptionist back then, and moved quickly through the ranks becoming an assistant in 2006 and technician by 2007 and has been a technician since. Christine has worked in neurology and emergency, has dabbled in internal medicine and surgery. She has attended and completed her RVT schooling with a degree in Veterinary Technology.

What she enjoys most about this field is not just helping the animals but supporting clients through their joys and hardship of pet ownership. Her main interests are dentistry, and preventative health education and management. Her idea is, “we all have fur babies, we all know or will know the happiness they bring and the tears we might shed. But it’s not a situation you will face alone.” We take an oath when we complete our RVT schooling and I up hold that oath. “I solemnly dedicate myself to aiding animals and society by providing excellent care and services for animals, by alleviating animal suffering, and by promoting public health. I accept my obligations to practice my profession conscientiously and with sensitivity, adhering to the profession’s Code of Ethics, and furthering my knowledge and competence through a commitment to lifelong learning."
